I participated in Terri's niche-picking paralysis workshop (and ultimately her 1-1 coaching program) because it addressed my chronic problem of being asked to "pick something." I'd taken classes and most of them simply said to "pick your niche." Others tried to help me figure it out by asking "who do you get along most with?" As a polymath NONE of those things worked for me. Which aspect of me were they talking to? Were they talking to the part of me that served as an administrator, the serviceman or the entrepreneur? What if I wanted to figure out who I could serve on my newest endeavor? Terri taught that we shouldn't be "picking the thing" from a specialist perspective. I was able to discover the essence of what I offer that's connected to every area of my work, no matter what the people or group looks like. I have the most diverse background that I've ever seen, and what Terri helped me uncover about myself is the secret, magical glue that holds everything together.
